In order to further strengthen the flood prevention safety barrier and comprehensively enhance the emergency combat capability of the scenic area, the Qinling Tianzhu Mountain Ecological Culture Tourism Scenic Area successfully held a high simulation and multi subject linkage flood prevention practical exercise on the afternoon of July 6, 2026. The drill simulated the emergency scenario of continuous rainstorm, rain back pouring and rapid water level rise in the three-dimensional parking building in the scenic area. Faced with the test, the flood control emergency command center of the scenic area was quickly activated, and the emergency response mechanism was activated within 10 minutes. Under the command of the commander-in-chief Cao Jun, all emergency teams responded promptly and rushed to the core danger area.
The drill specially set up a scene for searching and rescuing trapped tourists with leg injuries. The medical security team acted quickly, professionally and standardly completing on-site first aid and casualty transportation, fully reflecting the key protection for special groups in the plan and demonstrating the rescue principle of "safety first, life first".
The drill lasted about 80 minutes and covered the entire process of "warning and discovery, initial disposal, personnel and vehicle rescue, and dangerous situation elimination". It comprehensively tested the scientificity of the plan and the teamwork under simulated real pressure conditions. After the exercise, the command center organized on-site summary and evaluation, aiming to provide valuable frontline practical data for optimizing emergency plans.
This drill is not only a "big test" and "big training" of the flood prevention and emergency response capabilities of the scenic area, but also a powerful strengthening of the safety responsibility awareness of all staff. In the face of the flood season, the Tianzhu Mountain Scenic Area in Qinling will continue to build defenses through "performance", prepare for war through "practice", continuously improve the emergency system, safeguard the absolute safety of tourists and the scenic area, and allow everyone to enjoy the beauty of nature in the green mountains and waters of Qinling with peace of mind.
